Our regular readers know that Whitman enjoys putting SexFairy into positions she cannot escape from. It’s not that she’ll move if instructed not to, but knowing she couldn’t even if she wanted to is so much more fun. [Is it? Sure.] Fortunately our friends over at Babeland offered us something new to try, as we were just hanging around anyway. They sent us some Door Jam Cuffs (a Whitman request, of course). The photo is one of the hotter sex toy photos we’ve seen in a while. Sportsheets also has a fun little video, if you are into that sort of thing.
The Door Jam Cuffs set is a pair of restraints, each consisting of a Sportsheets fleece padded velcro cuff, permanently attached, via a sewn-in metal ring, to about 8” of nylon strap that wraps around a 4” long plastic tube with rubber ends (to protect your doors). The 2”wide fleece cuffs are a little over nine inches long, with an additional five inches or so of velcro. These cuffs could easily accommodate wrists or ankles up to about 12” in diameter, assuming a 1”+/- overlap.
To us, the beauty of this product is it allows you to secure your lover almost anywhere there is a door. (Though outside the house on a snowy day may be pushing it.) Just throw the tube end over the top of the open door, close the door, put her wrists into the straps, and have your way.
A few usage notes I didn’t think of until we actually started trying them:
- On an 80” high door, your wrists need to reach up to about 71”, so it’s not for the shorter among us.
- If you expect the cuffed partner to be pulling on them hard, you really want to have the cuffs on the side of the door that you push open. It works the other way but it could stress out the door and possibly bust something, and not in a good way. Note most bedroom doors open into the bedroom, so your play will be on the outside of the bedroom. Same with bathroom doors. Just something to think about.
- It will work equally well on the side of the door but not necessarily so on the floor. We have carpet with a bit of gap and the tubes just slide on through the bottom. If your door has a 3/4” gap or greater, this option won’t work for you.
- The plastic tube can be removed from the straps to be used with other bondage items, or for washing.
- These can be combined with other bondage equipment, like other straps, cuffs, and clips for use between two doors.
I’ve tied SexFairy to door frames before but it took a bit more ingenuity and therefore time, which I hate to waste, especially when her ass is sitting there just waiting for me to abuse it.
Bla Bla Disclaimers: So yes, this is a free product review, but hell, we love just about anything having to do with sex. And pending the final week or so of SexFairy’s Labiaplasty recovery, we haven’t put the thing to a serious test, outside of trying it enough to know she’s there, at least till I open the door.
