  There’s still a little puffiness, and I hope to see their “real” shape in a week or so. I plan to post a set of timeline pictures, from start to finish.
  As for how much to remove, I basically said, “Cut these off.”
  The Doctor described his normal method, using my labia for demonstration. He said he was going to follow along the natural curved line that starts at my “labial hood,” although I think he cut a little closer than that in reality.
